Trelew is a hamlet in south-west Cornwall in the United Kingdom. It is in the civil parish of Mylor. The settlement is between the villages of Mylor Bridge and Mylor Churchtown 2 miles (3.2 km) north of Falmouth and 2 miles east of Penryn at grid reference SW 811 352. The hamlet is situated on the south shore of the tidal Mylor Creek, an inlet on the west side of Carrick Roads.

Trelew lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Almost a third of Cornwall has AONB designation, with the same status and protection as a National Park.

A fictionalised version of Trelew is the hamlet used in the movie Arthur Christmas and is home to eight-year-old girl named Gwen who lives with her mom and step-father and has no Christmas presents.
